Refund Policy

Uh oh...let's make this right!  It is TCB ATL's top priority is to provide you with excellent customer service and to resolve any issue you may have.


To be eligible for a refund/exchange:


1. Contact TCB ATL within 3 business days of receiving your product at info.tcbatl@gmail.com

2. Please send pictures along with your claim.

3. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

4. It must also be in the original packaging.

5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange

6. If you are approved, then your exchange will be valued at equal/lesser value. Any refund will be processed via Paypal.
